Capacity
For gaiwan, capacity is measured as the amount of water filled to the point the lid meets the cup, without tea, ±5ml. For cups and pitchers/gong dao bei, capacity is the amount of liquid the vessel can hold comfortably without danger of spilling.
Materials
I strive to be fully transparent about the materials I use in my pottery. You will see the exact clay and glazes used listed in each product description. Rest assured that I only use clays and glazes that are certified non-toxic and food safe by their manufacturers.
Lost or Broken Items
If your package is not delivered, or your purchase arrives broken, I will give you a full refund.
Returns
I do not offer returns unless there is something structurally wrong with the item.
